Dr. Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics and Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR. He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study. Furthermore, he performed the Habilitation (qualification as university professor) in Medicine and Informatics. He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, before he moved as Head of the Health Telematics Project Group to the Institute for Integrated Circuits of the Fraunhofer Society in Erlangen. Thereafter, he acted until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center at the University of Regensburg. He was German Representative to many SDOs such as HL7, ISO, CEN, OMG, SNOMED, etc., also chairing the national mirror groups. He is Fellow of several international academies, and published more than 600 papers and published/edited many books.

Dr. Jiankang Liu received his BS from Xi’an Jiaotong Unviersity and PhD of Medical Science from Okayama University School of Medicine, Japan. He completed post-doc training in Dr. Bruce Ames laboratory at University of California, Berkeley and worked as a faculty at University of California at Berkeley, Children Hospital Oakland Research Institute, University of California at Irvine, University of Kentucky College of Medicine, and University of Southern California. Since 2008, Dr. Liu returned China and worked at Xi’an Jiaotong University as Professor and Dean of the School of Life Science and Technology. Currently, he is a Professor and First and Honorary Dean of the School of Life Sciences, University of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Qingdao and Xi’an Jiaotong University at Xi’an, China. Dr. Liu’s research interests include molecular and cellular mechanisms of aging, stress, and age-/stress-associated diseases with a focus on redox-mitochondrial metabolism and mitoepigenetics. He has published more 280 papers H-index 87 and was elected as one of the Most Cited Chinese Researchers for 12 years (2014-2025) and the World Top Scientists from 2019-2025.

Dr. Ali Dogan Omur received his PhD degree (Reproduction and Artificial Insemination) in 2011 (Selcuk University). He is assoc. professor since 2018 at Ataturk University Veterinary Faculty. He attended several National/International Conference, international programs. He was involved in national and international research on animal reproduction. His research focuses on freezing sperm in farm animals and investigating the effectiveness of antioxidants on reproductive parameters in laboratory animals. He is also interested in the biochemical and molecular mechanisms of fertilization and sperm cell energy metabolism. Besides, he is PhD student of Biochemistry Atatürk University. He has awards from international organizations in his field.

Dr. Amin Daemi is a Medical Biochemist and researcher who earned his PhD in Medical Biochemistry from the Faculty of Medicine at Cukurova University, Türkiye. His research interests encompass medical biochemistry, molecular biology, cancer biology, immunology, pharmacogenomics, microbiome science, nanomedicine, and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare. His scientific work has focused on cancer immunotherapy, recombinant vaccine development, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine. He pioneered the design, cloning, expression, and production of the recombinant HPV16 E7-CT (gp96) fusion protein for cancer vaccine development and has conducted extensive research on inflammatory bowel disease, TPMT pharmacogenetics, extracellular vesicles, diabetic wound healing, oxidative stress, molecular biomarkers, and advanced drug-delivery systems. His research has also contributed to the development of nanoparticle-based diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for human diseases. Dr. Daemi has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed international publications and has served as a corresponding author on multidisciplinary studies in medical biochemistry, translational medicine, nanotechnology, and precision medicine. He has also held teaching positions in medical and nursing faculties and has organized and delivered specialized workshops in molecular biology, biotechnology, vaccinology, and laboratory medicine. In addition, he serves as an Editorial Board Member and reviewer for several international scientific journals and has actively contributed to the peer-review process in the fields of biochemistry, molecular medicine, oncology, genetics, and nanobiotechnology. Professor De Morais (H62), PhD, full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013. Appointed as UnB’s (Brazil) Emeritus Professor (2014); Visiting Professor at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015); Distinguished Professor at the Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019); Full Professor at the Catholic University of Brasília – Brazil since 2018; 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB. He held two-years (1987-1988) position with Bell Communications Research, New Jersey – USA. Doctoral degree in Solid State Physics (1986) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – Brazil.
